This week: Butternut Squash Soup!

Hello fellow Co-op Fiends,

For dinner this week, head chef Taylor and I (Nathan Malachowski) will be preparing the following for ya’ll:

Butternut squash soup

Quinoa and Arugula salad with beets and goat cheese

Sourdough bread, courtesy of Edible Allegheny (They have a workshop going on, so check it out!)

Get excited, and see you all on Friday at 6:30 pm in Carr! Don’t forget your plates and utensils!
